Go through the machines one at a time to find the fraud. Once you have it, invalidate the entire election.
Now, one of two things can happen:
Trump Pissed - State that there was indeed fraud and he is the winner of the election. Arrest the MI Governor, SoS, and AG. Arrest the GA Governor, SoS. Try them for election tampering and treason in a limited special tribunal. Strip them of all assets, offices, and titles guilty or innocent. Put Biden and Harris under 24/7 house arrest until it can be determined that they weren't directly involved. Interrogate Pelosi for information along with stripped her of all assets, offices, and titles. Address the nation and advise that anyone with information regarding WHO tampered with the election to step forward now. He's not looking for the low ranking guys. He wants the high ranking ones.
Trump Not Pissed - Under direct military supervision conduct a special 1 day election. Call a day of national emergency and stop people from going to work. This ONE day will be an election. ID required. In person only. If you can't speak English, you don't vote. If you don't have an ID, you don't vote. If you can't make it to the 3-4 polling stations in the city, you don't vote. If you're an illegal, you don't vote. No mail ins, absentee, indefinitely confined. All votes will be paper ballots. There will only be one field. Trump or Biden. No other offices. At 8PM local time, the polling stations will close and no longer accept ballots. Once 8PM rolls around, the ballots will be collected and the MILITARY, along with poll watchers on each the Democrat and Republican side will sort the ballots between Biden and Trump, then count them. Once the initial count is made, the ballots will then be recounted. If the initial count differs from the recount by more than 0.5%, it will be recounted again. If within 0.5%, the results will be tallied and sent to a central processing center to be aggregated for the state. Once all counties report their tallies to central processing, the state will then announce the vote count for both candidates. Once all states report in, the winner will be announced. All paper ballots will be kept for a minimum of 5 years and will be able to be viewed by anyone with the proper FOIA request. All ballots will be scanned and uploaded to a permanent database for comparison purposes. After this special election takes place, the insurrection act/Martial Law will be lifted. No arrests made. Mandates made to voting integrity to ensure voter fraud will be discouraged by having the military conduct security of the polling stations (armed) and will count the ballots each election.
Scenario one - unlikely. I'd add Hilary with Pelosi though. Scenario two - never going to happen. But this is how the DAMN election was supposed to be in the first place except for Military

I just checked the election map. If all the red states secede, the blues would be split in two, with no friendly land route between them. They’d only have California as a major agriculture source afaik.
Red states would have two states on the Great Lakes, complete control of the southern half of the Mississippi, the entire gulf, three states on the Atlantic itself, and access to the pacific through Alaska.
With Utah, red could stymie the flow of the Colorado, which would fuck over AZ and SoCal.
Red would completely surround GA, which would only have a small Atlantic coast for shipping. Red would surround CO and IL on three sides. In contrast, only UT and WV would be in similar positions. From what I know of UT, they’ve got a lot of kids and a lot of guns. In WV, the hills have eyes.

The electors who had been chosen to vote for Trump in those states did so, but they haven't been formally certified by any actual part of the state governments they are voting for, so their votes don't mean anything until we either get a court order for the governor to certify or the state legislatures grow the balls to do so themselves
