FFS HOLD THE LINE!!! You can't have a President-elect in a contested election where one candidate has not conceded and there are dueling electors being sent to the Electoral College! The Constitution DOES NOT state explicitly when a candidate is deemed to be acknowledged as President elect !!! (en.wikipedia.org)
