The Supreme Court recently ruled that government agents could be personally sued for the harm they cause an individual by denying them their rights.

Well, since one branch of government (in this case, the Executive) can not be more protected by the law than any other branch (otherwise it causes an imbalance) it means the agents of the Legislative Branch can also be personally sued for depriving a person of their individual rights.
