Many doctors are good people. But modern medicine as a system is as sick and dysfunctional as Washington, DC. Its priority is to enrich the elites, not heal the sick.

Big Medicine controls the medical school curriculum and medical licensing. Doctors learn what the elites dictate and do what the government mandates, within reason, or lose their license.

Big Medicine teaches doctors to push pharmaceutical drugs and surgeries rather than do all they can using diet, exercise, stress reduction techniques, inexpensive natural remedies, or practices taken from traditional medical systems. Big Medicine often labels these things as dangerous quackery even though they often work and even though many of Big Medicine's solutions, such as chemotherapy, aren't exactly safe and guaranteed.

Some believe Big Medicine is suppressing cures for cancer and other diseases, creating chronic conditions on purpose, and possibly even killing off naturopathic doctors who seem to be coming close to breakthrough solutions that might endanger their biggest profit centers. I think this is plausible. Trillions of dollars are at stake and it's likely psychopaths are in charge.
