Cardiovascular issues? Sugar, not fat, has been known to be the main driver of atherosclerosis for awhile. A couple of shill MDs from Harvard were paid $50,000 each by the sugar industry to conduct questionable research and then proclaim that fat was the main cause of heart disease.
Many MD's have still not caught up with that notion, despite society guidelines to the contrary having been available for 14+ years.
Eat whatever you want. Hell, mayo is actually kind of good for you - the polyunsaturated fatty acid content is high enough. Just please watch sugar intake.
Digestive issues actually! A form of IBS. Last I was wheeled out of the hospital I was under 100lbs and near death.
Cutting carbs was huge, but I do find i need some. I tried the carnivore diet but couldn't make it work without a little potato and occasional rice.
Whenever I see data now, I compare it to history and how we ate in the past, or when health issues started popping up for the population and why. Turns out nothing they say makes any sense when all our problems started happening after those shill "doctors" sold us the big lie.
"Science" is such bullshit. Pretty much across the board.
Interesting. Have you ever had issues / tried bread or grains leavened with yeast? Most commercial bread is risen without yeast these days, and apparently gliadin antigens are actually processed by active yeast cultures in a way that makes it not an issue for the immune system.
From what I've read on the subject, IBS patients tend not to have issues with bread made the old-fashioned way. If you've got experience to share, I'd love to hear it.
I was in an out of the medical system for a good chunk of my life. Fixed everything with red meat, raw milk, saturated fat, eggs, potatoes.
It's literally the opposite of what they recommend, and I'm healthier than ever, no medication.
The current problems in the medical system are what we get when communists gain control of anything.
