Other than trying a more gradual attempt at waking her up, Tony is onto something. It is better to slowly wake a sleeping person up than to try to shock them awake. Sleepers can get defensive when someone comes at them too strong.
I know this to be true but I can't help but explode because of the way some of these people talk. I get so fucking angry. Especially when they talk with such certainty and talk to me like I'M the biased and misled one. And then you have those that are so far gone that even going slow makes them go psycho. I got called conspiracy theorist and they cut things off with me because I calmly stated that the virus was overblown and no one had won election yet. And that it was easily proven.
If tactful and subtlty placed redpills dont work, even given over a period of time, sometimes it isn't worth the effort. You can lead a horse to water, but they have to drink the water themselves. Not all lost souls can be brought back from the darkness, but it doesn't hurt to keep trying, especially if they are worth it to you personally to bring them into the light.
