This Sheriff is a hero. Very smart to insist the judge identify each inmate by name & release them on the authority he thinks he has. The sheriff knows the judge won't do that. Hopefully this will be reversed upon appeal.

Hold judges liable as an accessory for any felonies committed by criminals who are prematurely released by the judge's orders.
