the DNI report must be given to trump no later than Friday, that DOESNT mean trump will launch the EO right away, (i'm confident that is his nuclear option and hes saving it for the last second) so anytime after Friday we could see him use it.
Would the EO allow him to overturn the elector results from Jan 6, and would it happen in time before Inauguration?

I concur; I suspect sooner rather than later to get maximum impact.
very possible , if its much sooner than i would expect Friday or Monday there isn't much of a benefit to wait any longer. i mean if he enacts this EO he takes control of big tech and almost has to start arresting those they have evidence were in on the fraud. MASSIVE round up. it would be biblical.
