Whenever I have a customer apologize for not wearing their mask “correctly” I always say “I literally could not care, I’m healthy and this is a skate shop. We are kinda about that counter culture thing.” It’s sad that their laugh is always one of relief, like their mind was preparing for a verbal lashing and they were grateful for the fact that someone was acting human towards them.
