You know he was the same with the Olympics. Salt Lake City was embroiled in a massive bribery scandal a the time, and was falling apart. In came Mitt and papered everything over. Same people, same scumbags, no one got fired.... he just put a big gosh darn happy Mormon face on over all the corruption, and told everyone to move on.
Which is weird, because when he was governor in Massachusetts, he actually uprooted a ton of the corruption.
I lived in MA during his tenure, and he was quite honestly, one of the best governors Mass has had (which isn’t saying much — but still). His first year, he cleaned house, and it helped immensely. But it seemed like towards the end he had given up trying to do the right thing, and ever since, has become more and more corrupt himself. Very sad.
That was at the very end... hence giving up on trying to do the right thing.
Also, he never pushed for it, he just approved it after it passed the state. He claimed to be against it at the time, but there was only so much he could do when it was overwhelmingly supported by the state legislature. The problematic part was when he decided in 2012 that it was actually a good thing, and not a complete travesty. -.-
That is a typical feckless Romney response. He does not have principles and he doesn't fight. He wants to be in the "in" crowd. He was very rude to my neighbor at a social event and is not well respected outside of his personal bubble. He flip flops. He ran here on supporting Trump, we all saw how that turned out.
We in Utah have zero good senators, My representative, Rob Bishop is great, but retiring and I am uncertain of the new guy. Sean Reyes has been a rockstar, maybe he could primary Mittens.
That’s why hes so adamant for Trump to concede.

He’s a sick man
Just like his Father who also failed as president
And his grandfather who fled the country
I had no idea about the Olympics - the amount of red pills I get on TD after being here for 5 years surprises me still
just watched a video on it - thank you for mentioning it

He just hated the competition.
Haha, perhaps.
He gives us a bad name (Republicans, also members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints).
I hope he’s Primaried out. I live in AZ. Show me a Utah MAGA senator and I’ll donate.

Is Hatch a RINO? I haven’t paid attention. I imagine some pede senators will rise up.
Mittens took Hatch's seat. He was a mixed bag, but was solid on the Trump train, I think because Hatch understood the public well.
