Paul the Elder is a very kind man. Tucker Carlson noted that in a counter-rally against John McCain's "nomination". McCain's goblin daughter also admitted later on that there was genuine fear Ron Paul was going to sweep the election. His momentum was taking Iowa and New Hampshire. They stole the vote.

It didn't take a rugged man or a power thirsty man. It took a principled man and a statesman. We won, and we who were close knew we took Iowa in a landslide three times. New Hampshire as well. This was many of our first glimpse into voter corruption. Nothing new under the sun here.

As you said we have grown. As you mentioned some rugged patriotism is in order. The kind that burns vipers and folds weaker men. Looking through discussion on some of the old r3v network -- people are very serious about changing things, and we already sat a US Senator. I think we can do more.
