What's that, Microsoft keyboard? I don't know. I am using Gboard and when I typed "president" the next candidates were "and, of, to". Also, when I typed that in Duckduckgo, the candidates were (from top): ... trump, ... zimbabwe, ... george bush, ...trump twitter. I did that on Google (Android app), and the top results were: "Donald Trump (45th US President)", Lyndon B Johnson, ... kennedy, ... of ameria, ... of france, etc.
SwiftKey is from Microsoft, and what I meant. I just forgot that name, because I only tried it for a while and uninstalled it. I went to Bing (MS's search engine) and typed it and the top result was "president Trump" (it had "president Biden" at 4th) and there was no Obama, so that is kind of weird.
