...you are the militia...when SHTF you have to put into place your plan.....that you have.....because you have had alot of time to make one....and get ready.......with supplies.....and resources.....and will then be an asset to any police/marshall forces....but you, yes you, are the militia...start making friends on your block and in your town and county.
