This was Biden talking to a bunch of black leaders. Most of em were BLM supporters. He was telling them that he is not going to carry their torch to de-fund the police because Trump kicked their asses over that issue. Joe has lost much of his base even before he takes office! He would be the smallest dick in the pool if he got into the Oval. His own supporters would take him out for outright lying to them.
