When it does no such thing, data caps were enacted as part of Net Neutrality, you got "free" bandwidth that didn't count towards the caps if you paid their content AS PART OF NET NEUTRALITY and on top of all that - ideological content is regularly censored and is not handled by NET NEUTRALITY!

All "net neutrality" ever was was to allow Google and Netflix and Disney flood the internet with their content without them being charged more by the ISPs.

Net Neutrality reclassified internet providers under the same Title 2 chapter that TV providers are under. Obama did this so that the government could shut down ISPs for allowing access to content like this website which would be labeled as some supremacy group website.

Funny how the liberals have no issue with Twitter and Facebook censoring the internet either.
