Seriously, though... It could be a good thing. If his plan is to use the Insurrection act, he can avoid immediate impeachment by showing he tried every avenue aside from military to prove fraud and corruption.
Also, since the courts have washed their hands of the election, Dems and Rinos can't call on the courts to stop Pence from counting whomever the hell he wants.
