Did any of the last several Presidents appoint any key people in Sept or Oct before election day? I feel like that's the easiest thing to compare this to, to help validate that these replacements are highly unusual. Obviously a Sept appointment would give someone a job for 4 months, which is a lot longer than 2 months, making the comparison imperfect, and if you go further back than Sept then it looks even more like a normal term job.
Let me answer this another way for you. Biden has already named all of these people's replacements that I've listed. I will certainly do research or I hope someone with deeper admin transition experience can answer this. It seems absurd to insert people 4 weeks before the end of a term.
If it's STOPPED before it happens, there is no "injury" provable in court. At best, I think you'd have conspiracy charges. They get off in court then are free to do it all over again. If it goes past inauguration, it means extra state actors have installed THEIR COMPROMISED CHOICE in our presidency. That's "injury"... That's WAR
