We know Trump and Scavino are 2. There is a debate if that's Pence or Miller with the white hair, but the others are unknown right now. Review 2018 EO and look for positions reported in there and cross reference with those in those positions. I believe secretary of the treasury was one position mentioned. I don't see Ratcliffe.
