While I doubt it would be available... has anybody tried saving the image and checking the EXIF data? It may have a date. Highly unlikely, but worth a shot. I don't have FB or else I would do it myself.
I think all major social media sites scrub EXIF data now.
Makes sense.
One way to get an approximate date would be to find photos during 2018 of the oval office and see if any room articles look the same. Then look at photos taken more recently and see if the room looks different than this photo.
I dunno, hard to think of what else to do.
