Even Viva Frei said it was mostly nothing. Expert witness working for the plantiff and not the court.

While I really like Viva Frei, and would definitely trust his legal opinions over my own. I do have to disagree with him a bit. As a developer, you can determine intent in programming. Especially when it is documented as a "feature". Now, the documentation doesn't say, "to rig an election", but it does talk about other things that the system can do that could be used to do just that.

Perhaps the summary should have been worded differently, but a 68% failure rate is astounding.
