Hi TD, just wanted to share some advice that's become popular among my friends and family. Many of us live in deep blue states that have mandatory quarantines if you travel elsewhere and return. In some cases I've been accosted by Dept. of Public Health workers asking for my address and contact information so they can follow up and fine me for not quarantining.
The solution: carry a valid ID from another state. Can be a non-driver ID. Easiest way to acquire one is to get an AirBNB or short term rental in a neighboring state, get some bills sent there, and use that to apply for a non-driver ID. Then, when the COVID police accost you, flash your out-of-state ID and claim you are merely passing through. You will be left alone. Your other option is to carry a passport only for domestic travel, which does not have your home address.

Alternatively: Tell them to fuck off that they are a service you are paying for and remind them where their check comes from.

This is a true but stupid statement. They know weather you pay your taxes or not they still get paid.

Lol police get this line all the time... it’s a great way to get the worst possible treatment.

I also live in a deep blue state, and I must be lawfully arrested before I have to identify myself.

They can suck my dick, if that's not acceptable then they have the option to eat my ass.

For health reasons

I'd prefer they did the ass eating especially if it's after a long flight on the gross business class seats.

A combination of swamp ass and Hep B. will teach them.

The only identification paper you are obligated to show them is a copy of the US Constitution. And then tel them to fuck off.

The answer to every question should be "Thank you but I don't answer questions." However, ask as many questions as you like. Good questions to ask include: Can I see your ID? What is your badge number? What is the correct spelling of your name? What is your supervisor's name? What is the best telephone number to reach you? What is your office address? What is your home address? What is your social security number? This information will be needed to conduct an asset search to satisfy the monetary judgment should they commit any civil torts. As always, DO NOT COMPLY! Consent is a defense in criminal and civil tort cases.

I simply tell them they can have my ID if they can get it from me and that I'll wear a mask if they can get it on me. So far nobody has had the balls to try me.

When you get off a plane in NY you were greeted by dept of health lackeys and later the national guard giving you a form to fill out advising where you will be staying.

Someone told me they filled it out in such a bad handwriting there was no way anyone could read it and then they just ignored the 14 day quarantine.
