I'd say force everyone Voter and Candidates to take a 100 question test on the US Constitution, 60% or better to Vote, 85% or better to Run for Office. One of the best ways to Out all the Oath Breakers very easily and a great way to Force Government Classes back into Public Education Nationwide as well as Constitution Courses from K-12.
