To play devils advocate, what would be the point of this EO if he isn’t using it? Is there any rational for it to begin with? Would it be that he just chickened out using it if he doesn’t?

I don't know, but it takes 67 senators to overturn an executive order. It's possible the Deep State simply didn't have the necessary majority to shut him down. Most votes are "whipped" for days or weeks before being brought to the floor. If the Whip can't get the pledges he needs for votes, he knows it's mostly pointless to call the vote. The only purpose it would serve is to go "Look who voted for\against this!"

No, I’m saying what would have been the point of Trump making this EO if he isn’t using it?

Right. And my other thought is "Winners don't just sit there and lose."

Yeah but I wasn’t asking a rhetorical question lol. I’m legit trying to figure out what is the deal with this EO if he doesn’t use it.

That's right and then he has the insurrection act that he can use to corral the perp.s. I just hope he follows through soon, because time is running out.

Actually, it only takes one Hawaiian judge to overturn an executive order.

He didn't overturn it, he blocked it with an injunction, which is temporary and contingent on his winning a case at a later time. Or am I mistaken?
