If a Dem and Rep are supposed to adjudicate each ballot together, it would take a MINIMUM of a minute to load the ballot on the screen and go through each race and ballot measure, so being very generous and saying a a minute each a team of 2 could go through 60 ballots per hour, with no breaks (unlikely). This would be 1666 hours for two people. They would need to have 400 adjudicators (200 teams of 2) to finish the process in 8.3 hours, again without breaks or waits for ballots to load etc.
