There is no way to spin it if you are paying attention, other then it was solely done to hurt Trump. He's going to keep Trump's policies going. He's not going to raise taxes. He's not going to reinstate all the dropped regulations. He's not going to revert any of Trump's policies/orders that directly impacted the incredible economy that Trump stimulated with his presence. Biden won't do any of this because he knows that it will destroy the economy. So basically, all his campaign stuff was a lie.
Same applies to HCQ & other drugs. They won't continue to bash them and reject them, because they know they will help and end the wuhan flu panic quickly.

My family has been in the mortuary transportation business for forty years. We file death certificates as well. It is unbelievable. We have seen the death certificates!!! I’ve been in shock this whole time. At first I wondered why the death certificates weren’t being rejected by the health department and then I learned that cdc and WHO guidelines allow it. Honestly I doubt think that their is a way to prove anyone had died as a direct result of covid.

It says in the article that they issued the reversal in October. That seems like that's before the election, not after.
