So, what? They just keep it forever, then?

That's ass backwards. You RELEASE evidence to PROVE a claim.

1

That's not how evidence works. Especially when the only court option available is the court of public opinion.

Even during her testimony she said she "wasn't supposed to say that until next week" - paraphrased.

9
GoldenHurrdurr 9 points ago +10 / -1

I think that was in reference to the machines set up at the department of elections office. Which they were not supposed to be doing as it's illegal. That chick was the best witness, anywhere of anything.

Unless they did purposely to catch the CEO committing perjury.....?

Magic_Lags 9 points ago +9 / -0

Have to be under oath to commit perjury. Multiple times in the hearing he states 'I'll make that statement under oath'. Meaning none of it was under oath nor a signed affidavit. He's not stupid nor is his lawyer. He'll disappear into the night like the offices did.

Edit: Unless there was a follow up hearing where he wasn't stuck on a Zoom call with his lawyer where he wasn't under oath. Did they have a second set of hearings where he came in person?

4
Fractional 4 points ago +4 / -0

Could have sworn that he sworn in at the beginning of the hearing.

-7
Trump_in_2020_Pedes -7 points ago +1 / -8

Even if he was sworn in, he can say whatever he wants - he can lie through his teeth all day before a judge and a jury and it's not perjury. You might want to look up what the definition of perjury is.

Two tiered justice system in America doesn’t care if the CEO lied. The same would be true in Venezuela, Cuba, China, Russia, North Korea....

28
John_Smallberries 28 points ago +28 / -0

America has firmly entrenched itself into a caste society. The Machine (uniparty, big tech, military industrial complex, media, law enforcement) and The Deplorables. The same can be said about all the other countries you mention above.

Remember how the left used to "Rage Against the Machine?" Ironically they have become The Machine.

If dominion rigged the election, they are more successful terrorists than ISIS. If the 2018 EO is only two days away why is the dominion CEO walking around free and lying to Congress?

This is a sign there is no plan. I hope I’m wrong. Trump enough of this, you have to ARREST PEOPLE.

6
people_who_annoy_you 6 points ago +7 / -1

There is obviously a plan. Just because we aren't privy to every detail doesn't mean there isn't one. There are so many people working on this at every level.

2
Kekbewithus 2 points ago +4 / -2

The counter argument to this is the COVID lockdowns... yeah there was a plan it was called 15 days to slow the spread and last I checked we are still in lockdowns a year later.

That is NOT a plan, that is complete inaction while our enemies destroy the USA.

2
people_who_annoy_you 2 points ago +2 / -0

With something like the china virus, the American people need to be convinced they are safe from it first. For most people here, that isn't the case, but for everybody else, it is. I will not be taking it, but a vaccine coming out is necessary to convince the rest of the populace they will be okay.

Plus, the china virus is part of the opposition's plan. Let them focus on that while we (the people, TDW, Trump, his team, everybody else on our side) focus primarily on election fraud battle. This will be over relatively shortly. Let's focus on the big election fraud fish, and then move on to china virus related things right after.

Also, as far as I can tell, our plan is going just fine so far. Keep in mind the sequential order of the four boxes of liberty: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Four_boxes_of_liberty

We are on the third box, and it seems to be going pretty well right now. If it doesn't, we'll get to the fourth box.

They also dug into her past to try and defame this woman. It was really disgusting.

I didn't expect her to be an angel, but do we need to go all out and punish moms with kids over trying to be a whistleblower? She had nothing to gain from this and all downside, and yet she tried to do the right thing. The media disgusts me.

RELEASE THE BEE HIVE!

9
GynaNumbaZero 9 points ago +9 / -0

Exactly, the machines indicated how many counterfeit mail-in paper ballots they needed to bring in in the middle of the night.

That's why they arrogantly say "do a recount!!" every time, but insist in not checking for fraud. The scam was setup to make it close and provide for recounts.

The revolver article is excellent at explaining it.

3
HeavyVetting 3 points ago +3 / -0

Count all the ballots, just don't look too closely at them.

3
day221 3 points ago +3 / -0

Also the recount method itself was rigged. They reported numbers top down not bottom up. Each precinct should have done a recount and reported their number directly. It should have been published so we could right now look at a comparison for each precinct of recount totals vs. election totals. They didn't do that, just told us everything was fine. They also had people grabbing random sketchy boxes to count, there are videos of that, so they could just keep getting boxes until they hit the number they need. No oversight of that at all. And if the accusation is that each of the compromosed machines had a compromised election official to adjudicate the ballots, then that same person could easily provide the necessary ballots to make up the difference after the fact or lie about the count. Also if they only took 1% everywhere they could just claim the recount in each area was "close enough" and report the original numbers. Point is the recount wasn't transparent at all and could have easily been rigged multiple ways. They had three weeks to figure it out too, and even longer if they planned for it in advance. So sick of this BS.

I know, most IT folks are rather conservative and under-emotional. But there are many types who can refer to themselves as IT workers, she may have done data entry or some other low-level IT work. Doesn't make her any less credible! I find her quite believable.

2
buds43 2 points ago +2 / -0

She is emotionally driven, but she is the opposite of rehearsed and so I come to the opposite conclusion and find that her testimony from her viewpoint is genuine. She may have exaggerated or come to the wrong conclusions on some things, but she is honest and it would have been hard for her to trick us because she said so much in a non-rehearsed way.

1
geocitiesuser 1 point ago +2 / -1

may have exaggerated or come to the wrong conclusions on some things, but she is honest

Choose one

1
buds43 1 point ago +1 / -0

Being correct and being honest are not the same thing. Being honest is thinking you are correct, but does not mean you are actually correct. So her testimony on details that she described are credible, but her testimony on what she think was happening (her accusations) may not be correct.

1
geocitiesuser 1 point ago +1 / -0

An exaggeration is a form of lie.

1
buds43 1 point ago +1 / -0

What I had in mind in regards to exaggeration is when she was giving estimates for the amount of times she saw ballots being improperly rescanned. I don't doubt she saw this, but I think her accuracy in this regard is questionable. Does that invalidate her testimony of the things she heard and saw? I don't think it does.

Okay so, here's the thing no one is asking or talking about:

The media had a real time live feed to the polling numbers. Like, real time. How are they getting those numbers?

Through an API. So the media has an API that scrapes the data from all these machines, right? How is that data able to be scraped? Through the network. Either direct connections to the tabulators (doubful) of there's a central processing server in the polling locations that interface with the tabulators and is storing that data real time where it send that data out over the network for an API to scrape and intercept.

Still with me? Now, where's that data going? You have multiple servers now sending traffic that's being scraped by an API. But where is that data's end point? A main server? Where? And why?

For example, you have 30 tabulators. Those tabulators are hooked up to a LAN that connects to the polling location server. That server then connects to another bank of servers for the state. That state server then connects to ANOTHER aggregate server (we don't know where this is). The media API that gives them real time results is between the state and aggregate server scraping that data for their values. If I remember right, there are FOUR API's that do this.

So this piece of shit says 'oh the tabulators aren't online' is true, but it's misleading. They don't HAVE to be online when you have a server that is reporting all that data to is ONLINE. He's lying by omission and being purposefully obtuse in the answer. He's still lying about it and there are just about a bajillion points you can attack from a network perspective.

And if I remember right, those machines have the option of having a cell modem connected to them. Soooo online.
