Have to be under oath to commit perjury. Multiple times in the hearing he states 'I'll make that statement under oath'. Meaning none of it was under oath nor a signed affidavit. He's not stupid nor is his lawyer. He'll disappear into the night like the offices did.
Edit: Unless there was a follow up hearing where he wasn't stuck on a Zoom call with his lawyer where he wasn't under oath. Did they have a second set of hearings where he came in person?
Unless they did purposely to catch the CEO committing perjury.....?
