I’m a postal worker in a technical support position. Our absolute biggest problem is the fucking unions. We have like 7 different unions and they make it completely impossible to fire anyone. And then even if we do fire anyone, our labor relations always settles with them and they get hired again anyways. It’s a broken system
Yeah I agree with you there. should have worded it “one of our biggest problems.” Most of our financial problems would be solved by fixing our contracts with Amazon and other mailers like Trump suggested
