most receipts have a survey link at the bottom... Go home and fill out that link and let them know it's not russia! Also let them know that their employees were demanding you put on the mask even though you have a reason not too - and that reason is none of their business! Tell them you'll never step foot in the door, tell them you will advise everyone you know NOT to go to their store!
It sounds like such a small thing.. but believe me - These companies take their survey/feedback infrastructure very seriously. They likely spent a handsome fee or provide a significant fund to gather and respond to feedback. Yeah, I know there's social media as well - but I don't give a crap about social media. I'm talking about the survey feedback.. If you rip them for being communists on there, it will make a difference IMHO!
