This law is vague as hell, both in its definition and the means of execution. Not to mention the fact that once again the blame for "hate" is placed entirely on white people. They know this hot mess is unconstitutional but they're doing it anyway, which shows you just how little these tyrants care about our country or our rights. Free chopper rides are too good for them.
