If CA can't prosecute you for knowingly transmitting HIV in CA by having unprotected sex, then they cant prosecute you for not wearing a mask if you are asymptomatic AND/OR symptomatic for COVID.

They obviously can do whatever they can, because laws are not applied to them, and people are not violent against them.

Antifa makes some mostly peaceful protests and all the politicians are compliant
