The simple solution to illustrate the fraud is for pence to do exactly what the constitution says and count all of the votes. In this case trump wins 311 to 306. The alternative scenario is that pence simply doesn't count any of the contested states. In which case it goes to the house/senate with each state getting a single vote in each chamber for each vp and prez. Trump wins.

Founding fathers never intended for a majority vote. They planned originally for you to elect a state legislature. That legislature would then select the president of the United States.
