And there should be an unlimited pardon for Chelsea (Bradley) Manning for all matters related to the original incident and ANY matter that followed it.
Bradley Manning was guilty of embarrassing the US military by exposing that they killed civilians. That's a true whistleblower. Because they do not claim to be a platform, they scrupulously edit and fact check before publication. 230 protects a service that users can post to without any intervention (aside from minor content moderation). Clearly big tech has abused the content moderation allowance, but there is no doubt that 230 never would protect a site like wikileaks that has to manually approve all content before it gets posted.
I want Assange and Snowden pardoned. The US gov has done both of them a huge disservice.

I get why he doesn’t want to, but I just feel this situation is a million times more different. It wasn’t a situation where the source (well assuming Seth Rich then sources family) can just go on living life normally again, and not revealing the source protects that.
