The call was released. He informed the state dept that a bunch of material was stolen from Wikileaks by a rogue ex employee and was going to be released without redactions and to warn the agents involved that their life is in danger.
It is going to take A LOT to convince me that he was in cahoots with Clinton. He HATES her and pointed out many things in the wiki leaks dumps that people didn't even notice that he felt were the most important things about the dumps.
