Shit like this happens in the U.S. too

It's happening in the U.S too because doctors putting people on ventilators on purpose, whistleblower even came forward about it. Shill.

Yup, they’re killing people off with ventilators, just writing off everyone with covid.

because government decided to pay hospitals more money to treat specifically COVID.

Also, anyone who genuinely believes that all doctors out there are morally righteous, 'do no harm', have not yet had to interact with the health system... in any country long term.

At least in Canada you won't go bankrupt getting cancer

No, instead you’ll be dead. Also, Canadians pay high taxes. They’re bled to death and everything is too expensive. Nothing is “free.”

Canadians can also pay for better doctors at private clinics if they want in several provinces. Theres a miscobception that Canadians only get free healthcare. That's available, but if you wanna pay for a private doctor, no one is stopping you. Meanwhile in america they charge you $15000 to give birth in a hospital lol

You are a shill and most definitely a socialist, explains the new account. SOME provinces isn't ALL. The petition post is from BC so taxes there are absurd, even car insurance over there is a JOKE.

The point of OP's article isn't about the amount you are paying. The point is the healthcare system there is inadequate. Tons of Canadian citizens die every year because of how slow the system is. Most doctors have no clue what the fuck is wrong with you and send you home. It takes over 7 months just to get a single MRI scan.

If you had read the post the girl who died went to the hospital more than once. Death easily can avoided if doctors didn't write her symptoms off and sent her home and said she's fine, just a cyst. The next thing they did wrong was put her on a ventilator, they just automatically assumed she had c-19.

You sound like a typical redditor. I've given birth in the hospital twice and paid maybe a combined $2,000. Thats including a NICU stay. Stop spewing your obvious lies. Nobody pays 100s of thousands of dollars for that shit.

They were def a Redditor. People wouldn’t be popping out babies everyday if it was 10 g’s not to mention most people have coverage.

Sounds like an Omar style refugee, fled r/politics and now is trying to turn TD.win into the same shit hole. I have 3 kids, all born in the USA and never paid more than $500.

In onario 3300 is spent per person per year on healthcare, pepple are told that is the reason they have high taxes, this isnt really true

4
Redemption 4 points ago +4 / -0

Where are you getting your figures from? Not true. The average is well over $6,000, not $3,000. The higher your income, the more you pay.

-4
TentePede -4 points ago +1 / -5

Your income does not affect the average spent per patient. Those were the oecd numbers from 3 years ago

3
Redemption 3 points ago +4 / -1

Those were recent numbers, 3 years ago is still fresh, it goes up higher. Ontario is different from BC, idiot.

Huh, never said bc. If you want to discuss canadas health spending and systemic problems id be happy to. Canada health act is a major problem. The oma's charter challenge is interesting. There arw absolutely systemic problems.
