Where are you getting your figures from? Not true. The average is well over $6,000, not $3,000. The higher your income, the more you pay.

Huh, never said bc. If you want to discuss canadas health spending and systemic problems id be happy to. Canada health act is a major problem. The oma's charter challenge is interesting. There arw absolutely systemic problems.
