Biden hasn't won any of those states yet, they all have competing electors, and they're all still contested in numerous court cases. I thought they were going to wait until it was actually decide based on wording of many of their previous communications, and was shocked to see them settle the bets.
Despite all of this, and despite them acting like the states are decided, they're creating new bets about whether or not various people will contest election results.

Hell, if there was a bet 1:1000 that Trump would bunch Biden square in the nose on inauguration day, I might put a dollar on it, not because I expect to win, but because I think the odds are slightly higher.
