Ultimately, the reason I bet was not because I thought it would be settled on the 14th, but because I thought it would be settled after the 14th, and all of their communication seemed to suggest they would wait for all relevant court-cases and contests to be settled. It seems that wasn't true.
I think all of them are bullshit, because all of those states sent two sets of electors. As a result, only when we know which sets of electors are actually accepted, can we know who won each state.
