Basically all these Content Filters do is block based on "known bad" websites and ones that have to resgister their sites as certain things(Porn, etc). The rest is user driven and compiled into an RBL(Real-Time Blacklist) database that is updated often.
So, for example, if enough report TDW as a "malicious site" it will flag it as such. The only way to get off these blacklists is for the webmaster to contact these companies to remove themselves off of them
Sophos lists it as malware on my work computer. I messaged the mods 2 days ago about it and they were contacting sophos. I submitted a report about it but haven't heard anything either.
It doesn't give you more info about why it was blocked? Bluecoat will tell you which categories you fell under so you know what not to do in future.
