I can't be the only person who remembers hearing about him. That we in the west were actual set up for him specifically. I saw another post mention him yesterday as well, he is known as the the archangel Michael who watches over Isreal. And he never left. And the East knows he exists and was a big reason The Enlightment of the 1700s happened. Wherever he goes, truth and freedom follow.

I'm just saying what I remembered hearing when I was a kid. And we know the Battle of Los Angeles happened.
From what I remember, he's been involved with various moments in our nation's history, but he stays in the background to watch over humanity as a whole and doesn't intervene unless absolutely necessary. The folklore was the Republican party was "his" party(the religious right) and the Democrats were Satan's. But he actually just wants to be left alone like many of the conservatives. His appearance in the 1940's was why all the men worse suits, because they wanted to look like him. And we've all heard communism was the political embodiment of Satan.
It's the whole primes of "One Nation Under God", because the Archangel resides in the West. He moved from western Europe in the 1700s to America with the 13 colonies. And he could see the future which was why we could never be destroyed from the outside, only from within. He uses the President as a sort of antenna to figure out what's going on because he doesn't really want to get involved with human's affairs and wants free will to do its thing.
