this is the exact grounds on which they are contesting. WI has very strict absentee voting laws under their state constitution. under the guise of covid, these were subverted by passing laws without going through the proper legislative process in order to pass them. under this fake law, 200,000+ people were able to vote absentee by reporting "indefinitely confined" on the covid technicality.
WI should be the first domino to drop because the case is clear
As I understand it, the indefinite confinement provision is important because it's the only way to get an absentee WITHOUT having to show ID at some point. There's some checks in place for the normal absentee process that go away if you claim indefinite confined.
So, the issue is these 200k votes from people who didn't exist last year, and didn't show ID at any point.
If you are deciding which set of electors to choose, do you pick the one that includes at least 20% from committers of voter fraud, or the other set?
