I'm just going to start pasting my comment from earlier in every post like this I see.

Don't get caught up in this please. The EO says "not later than 45 days after the conclusion of an election...shall conduct an assessment...shall deliver this assessment".

Is the election concluded? It's really unclear if we've even entered this 45 day period since as we all well know, a winner hasn't actually been declared so is the election done?

THEN "Within 45 days of receiving this assessment... shall deliver... a report"

There are no hard timelines in EO 13848 so saying December 18th is "The Happening" is setting a lot of people up for heartbreak. We really just have to wait and see.

Realistically, the window starts 11/18 Friday at the earliest and continues up to at the very latest, not when Biden is installed on 1/20, but when President Trump still has time to do something if there is no previous assurance by the courts or US state representatives. Meanwhile, we should all consider OUR options carefully toward the different outcomes.

Assuming the election was concluded on 11/3 the latest the assessment could be delivered is 11/18. 45 days beyond that to generate a report puts us around February 1st.

Nothing says it can't be done sooner but there's really no guessing what the timeline is.
