Holy wow, that law wasn't going to pass. Most Americans don't have their passports + Birth Certificates and you certainly don't carry certified copies of both just anywhere.
Then isn't the court ripe for voting down any restriction on gun ownership including requiring an ID to purchase one? I would think that the arguments would be the same
