Matt Braynard and his methodical work of exposing the hundreds of ways that cheating occurred is outstanding.

He's got tons of things that could be shown to anyone to show clear fraud.

Thank you for all the hard work Mr Braynard. Your explanations and exhibits are often the ones that engage people the most in these hearings and cases.

He’s really one of the biggest heroes this election.

Making “80 million” commies cry will look awfully good on his scorecard.

@RalphCentipede I hate to break it to you but unless the people go to washington with weapons in hand and drag everyone out of the white house and every senate and house seat and execute them there will be no changes. The swamp is too deep

It’s past [Potomac] time. No one is doing anything significant. I’ll believe it’s over when Trump is inaugurated. Until then it’s all bull shit while we are being handed to China

The lawsuit strategy is to get the information out to the normies. The election will be decided by Constitutional means, not judicial.

4
NazisWereSocialist 4 points ago +4 / -0

Constitutional, surely you mean militarily?

0
Trumpsbigbrassballs 0 points ago +1 / -1

No, I mean those processes that are set out in the Constitution and the Amendments thereto (backed up by the military).

Yes, it's the normies. Those who are busy playing videogames are who we gotta educate.

4
tootenbacher 4 points ago +4 / -0

No way, the people playing video games went through Gamergate, they know what's up.

7
DickTick 7 points ago +11 / -4

These lawsuits aren't supposed to overturn the election.... anyone with common sense would already know they're probably going to take years to litigate and are about trying to secure future elections, not overturn the results of the current one.....

1
fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

Real lawsuits based on real data like Braynard's make the state results contested.

Not in the constitutional sense that there are two sets of official electors, but if Pence is going to throw out votes for a state then he has to have some rationale to do it.

Ongoing lawsuits may not be enough, there may need to be a smoking gun before the 6th, but they certainly help.

But fake hope and delusion does?

12
SiggyStarPup 12 points ago +15 / -3

All of these lawsuits and scenarios are designed to run out the clock and to make sure we don't go ape shit crazy before then. As long as there's a glimmer of hope we stay home. Time to wake up.

"Logically thinking this thing was always meant to go down to the wire"

No it wasn't. Trump busted his ass and won in a landslide. "Down to the wire" was never the plan.

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
2
Just_Desserts 2 points ago +3 / -1

May be true but in a different way - the end of the clock may be a Trump move rather than a concession. This US pivotal moment could conceivably result in civil war. Trump team may be keeping friction down while still progressing with a plan. If we hadn't had all these lawsuits and hope, things could have already flared up. If Trump is able to right the wrongs and unite the country without civil war, it will be a remarkable accomplishment. Maintaining hope & peace would be part of that effort (BTW, I upvoted your comment, too, b/c it may be true & everything is important to consider)

3
brother_red 3 points ago +4 / -1

You gotta believe team Trump has wargamed this out - with one default setting: no CWII if at all possible.

They are doing their best to avoid violence between Americans, like you mention, cause a lot of very prepared people are feeling pretty froggy right now.

It would be the same: everyone charging towards a Biden presidency while ignoring lawful votes and evidence of fraud. It’s heading that way as long as we think lawsuits will do anything

2
they-see-me-trollin 2 points ago +3 / -1

the difference is that pushing all the evidence through courts and everyone seeing just how deep the corruption runs is exactly the spark that causes We The People the corrupt system to the ground.

GeneralFlynn 39 points ago +40 / -1

Disagree. If there's no attempt at legal recourse, it's much easier to label the good man as the criminal. Seeing valid recourse be turned away by crooked courts allows the president to take more extreme measures with justification. A Casus Belli, if you will, for the normies.

9
deleted 9 points ago +11 / -2
5
T__X 5 points ago +5 / -0

Not all normies are the same. This effort could be specifically for the subset of normies who:

  • care about their country enough to be willing to do what's needed to save it
  • have enough intestinal fortitude to be able to do it
  • see what's happening with their own eyes and are able to come to their own conclusion that something is very fucky
  • need to know/realize that all other reasonable measures have bee pursued and exhausted before committing to more extreme alternatives.
1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
2
T__X 2 points ago +2 / -0

You're probably right - normie might not be the right description - perhaps "low-involvement, reluctant, or wavering potential supporters"

Think of all the posts and comments here focused on waiting until all possible legal avenues have been exhausted.

5
Garfield24096 5 points ago +6 / -1

I go to film school with bernie bros and even they see the election was rigged. So do all my normie relatives, and the dude at the gas station. Have you tried showing people evidence or do you think CNN is going to do that? If the people around you cant see the fraud explain it.

4
deleted 4 points ago +5 / -1
1
brother_red 1 point ago +2 / -1

This is a very fair point.

I do believe the Trump team knows this full well, and that is why they are doing what they can to demonstrate the fraud to enough people to keep that sentiment low.

  • Matt is very methodological
  • Matt likes bullet points
  • Matt has solid evidence.

I don't know how quickly any of this will result in any action by courts or law-enforcement, or whether it will result in any. However he doesn't just have statistical impossibilities, but rather hard proof and actual people he's talked to.

It doesn't necessarily mean he's introducing new lawsuits. Maybe he's providing material for existing lawsuits and helping to facilitate production and digestion of evidence.

The courts are owned by the Chicoms. What's that saying about doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result?
