Before anyone starts calling me a "Karen," let me say that masks don't do a damn thing to stop airborne viruses. Masks may have some benefit for stopping droplets from coughs or sneezes from an infected person. But masking people who aren't sick and coughing or sneezing is completely ineffective. And there is no constitutional authority for mask mandates.
