First of all, ditch all of your technology. It's actually a hurdle in organizing and is not your friend. Leave your cell phone at home. Grab a pen + paper on a clipboard.
After work today, pick an area of town. If you live in the suburbs, this will be easier because you can start in your neighborhood.
Arm yourself with a visible weapon if it is legal in your State/Community. Go up to each house and knock on the door. Say you're organizing a group of people together to try and force action toward ensuring Donald Trump is the next president. Mention how lots of people want to take action but feel like "it's just them" so you want to build a large group up so people don't feel like it's "just them".
If anyone agrees, ask if they can join you now in going up to houses with you to recruit more members. If they decline, ask if they can join you together tomorrow by meeting you at X location (in front of their house perhaps). Try to get them to commit to coming with you.
Keep doing this to all the houses you can and build up your group. You don't want to just take a name down and save it for later. You want these people out every single day with you essentially raising an army for the next month. You need to be visible in large groups and walking around neighborhoods in large groups. Start carrying flags. Ensure everyone who has weapons brings them if it's legal. Keep building up your force.
Always meet in person and meet every day. Coordinate the meetings through time + location and don't exchange phone numbers or emails or anything like that. It's meet here at X time. As your group grows you should start to assign officers who will recruit in certain areas of the city. The officer will meet people in x location while you meet people in y location. This is how you split your forces up while still maintaining control.
Eventually after you have a large enough army, you should agree to walk to your legislative building and demand action. Agree to meetup together every single day at X time at Y location. Have a set of demands. If you're in GA/PA/MI/WI, this should be easy to come up with demands. Demand they decertify the Biden electors and certify the Trump electors. Give them a timeline for when to meet the demands. On the day they don't meet the timeline, storm the capital building and take the governor hostage.
That door to door is a really good idea. Probably cuts down on the chances of a fed winding up in your midst. They’ll probably show up anyway (as they always seem to) but they’ll be easily recognized by that point.
EDIT: Just to add, I’m not implying anything about your idea is illegal, because it’s not. But feds like to stir the pot.
If you're afraid of the feds so much that you're afraid to take any action, they've already won. You are nothing more than a slave at this point and you have no freedom. Yes, the feds will eventually get involved but hopefully you've built up a large enough group that the feds are scared to take any action.
If it gets to the point you're scared of returning to your homes and leaving your group because you fear they'll arrest everyone when they are separated from the group then there is only 1 more action to take. You ask everyone quit their day jobs and you stick together, always, camping outside. You should plunder stores/warehouses for food + supplies. At this stage you're a full army.
