yep, any normal accident like this the NHTSA is on scene, representatives from the car manufacturer and many others.

This is worse than ford pinto level "how the hell does a car explode like that"

This is recall every single car in the same lot because something is dangerously broken or something nefarious happened.

The fact they aren't there and there isn't an immediate "you may consider not driving this make/model if possible until we sort it out" says what needs to be said.
