Basically an electric plasma arc hits a chemical catalyst that reacts with hydrogen, lowering the ground state of the hydrogen and releasing enormous amounts of energy in the process. This shouldn't be possible according to classical physics, but the energy release is real and it's been verified by several independent labs.

They already have working reactors, so you can doubt it all you want, at this point they don't have anything left to prove. I'm just being kind and giving you a heads up.
