I see a lot of cheap red dots/scopes on these gun posts. Believe me I'm not a gun snob, but if I could give a bit of advise to new gunowners, save your money. If you can't afford a quality optic get a quality set of irons. They'll cost you $100-$200 and should just be considered part of the cost of the rifle.
If you can save up $500-$1000 for the rifle I don't see why you can't save up another few paychecks for some decent sights. Trust me, if there's one thing you shouldn't skimp on it's your sights.

Yep, I always say if you can't shoot with irons, well you just can't shoot.
+1. None of my rifles are scoped. I just prefer irons.
"Cheap" is relative though. $100-200 can be considered expensive to some people.

The cheapest red dot I have is a sig romeo5 and I love it just as much as my aimpoint micro t2. Although I wouldn’t take the sig into battle.
The Sig sights are basically rebranded Holosun, and Holosun is a Chinese company. That disqualifies them for me.

"Did you mention scopes? Me and my brother both got this really cool mod for cheap at https://tinyurl.com/fuckadvertising.
To clarify, don't buy the trash I linked.
