I had to respond to a request to re-verify mine several years ago. Been all good since then, except being able to verify my votes have been counted correctly here in WA. Ballot can be tracked online until flagged as Accepted, but that's it.

They already caught them saying the system kicked out too many for not matching, so they just turned down the threshold for what was considered a match in the software.
I even got caught forging my moms signature in elementary school
I only got caught after I'd forged about a dozen sick notes to school, and that was only because my mother actually wrote one - it just didn't match the previous ones :)

When we used to have real polling locations in my county, I had to sign it legibly using my middle name because my voter registration contained my middle name. H T F does this pass?
